Weaving Connections is an interactive weaving and yarning circle led by Muruwari artist, curator, and Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize 2023 Finalist Dr Virginia Keft.
Connect with others while you learn about the artist's connection to culture, learn sculptural weaving techniques, share a story, and learn a new skill. Participants are invited to take their creations home or contribute to a collaborative weaving artwork. No prior experience is necessary; whether this is your first time, or you are a master weaver, all are welcome.
Weaving materials will be provided.
This is an all-ages workshop.
