Collective Energy is the inaugural exhibition of The Little Umbrella Collective, a group of 12 creatives that includes and supports artists living with disabilities.
The exhibition explores themes of connection and materiality, drawing inspiration from Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf's location on Gadigal and Birrabirragal land and its surrounding community. Working collaboratively in the gallery's artist studios, the collective developed a shared dialogue that weaves together each artist's unique visual language.
Collective Energy centres around a tent-like installation, inviting visitors to experience a participatory, sensory environment. The co-authored and interactive work is a celebration of inclusion, diversity and collective creativity.
